Subscription Terms

Purrsuit Premium unlocks the courses, the wellness tracking, the vet brief and the training programmes. It is sold as an auto-renewing annual subscription through Apple's App Store, and there are two ways to start it.
What you can buy

Both options lead to the same annual subscription — they differ only in how the first period is priced. There is no monthly plan.
Prices are in US dollars and apply to the United States store. In other countries Apple charges the equivalent in your local currency, set by Apple's pricing tiers, and the exact amount is always shown in the App Store before you confirm. Prices exclude taxes where they apply.
Renewal
- The subscription renews automatically at US$49.99 per year unless you cancel.
- Apple charges your account within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Introductory offers apply once. If you have already used a trial or an intro price in this subscription group, starting again means paying the full annual price.
How to cancel
Cancel with Apple, not with us. On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Purrsuit → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, otherwise the next one is charged.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting your Purrsuit account does not cancel the subscription — those are separate systems, and only Apple can stop the billing.
If you are in a free trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves, though we are happy to help you work out what went wrong — write to support@purrsuit.cat.
Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you buy a subscription, as Apple's rules require.
Restoring a purchase
Reinstalled the app, or moved to a new device? Tap Restore on the paywall, or open Profile → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Your subscription is tied to the Apple Account that bought it.
Price changes
If we change the price, Apple will tell you before the change affects you, and your subscription will not renew at the new price without your consent where Apple's rules require it. You can always cancel instead.
